The following THREE pieces of information are required for screening: 1] A clear photo of your state issued Driver's License or ID card. 2] A clear photo of yourself holding your state issued Driver's License or ID. ***Feel free to cover up any personal details such as your address, excluding your date of birth, name, and photo which are necessary for verification purposes. 3] Any ONE of the following items listed below:

 

1} A clear photo of your Valid passport.

2} A clear photo of your Business Card.

3} A clear photo of your Work Badge.

4} A clear photo of your TWIC Card.

         5} An email sent from your Business Email. 

6} Email a link of your LinkedIn Profile ( with 300 connections or more).

7} Email a link of your Business Website that shows your name somewhere within its contents.

1} Fingers must not cover any numbers , text, or photo.
